The Club Clearview complex (Club Clearview, Art Bar and Blind Lemon) spot has been a neighborhood staple for almost 20 years. The great thing about Clearview is that the focus of the club changes depending on what niche is available in the music scene. For a period, it'll be a hotspot for touring punk bands, and then it'll be a rockabilly favorite, then a frat hangout – which is what it mostly is now. It also features a fully stocked bar that is small and almost always crowded.
