The sixth floor of the Texas School Book Depository is the building from which President Kennedy was gunned down by Lee Harvey Oswald. Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza is the current name of this structure where the life and legacy of JFK are explored through various exhibits. One of the more interesting exhibits is the FBI model of Dealey Plaza used by the Warren Commission. The place also displays dozens of pictures of the Kennedy motorcade photographed by Dallas residents in 1963.
For history buffs and curious people alike this is a place not to miss in Dallas especially if you want to see exactly what the Book Depository looked like when Oswald took his shots through the window. It is a different feeling to actually stand at the spot where Oswald stood & to watch the footage again at this museum.
